Hi i wonder if you can help me

We have a yellow shimano beed block for my sons 2 pot Mt500 brakes

I also have a Blue Epic solutions bleed block from when i nled my old Avid Elexior 3 brakes. I assume they only make one bleed block

I have just got my new bike with Shimano 4 pot M6120's

Do i need a specific 4 pot bleed block with the 21 holes or will either of the above suffice

Make sure whatever you use covers all the pots completely! You can improvise one, but I managed to crack a piston using a 2 pot block in my 4 pots :/

the two pot bleed block wont cover all four pistons so they may not hold the pistons back fully in the caliper

Hope dont have bleed blocks, they suggest using a piece of wood cut to size so you could just do that

Piece of wood whittled to size would do.

I've used a stack of washers wrapped in insulation tape before

Clothes pegs work.

Maybe use 2 for a 4 pot.

A Saint one with the little tab cur off one end works in E4s, although Hope bleed videos seem to always have the pads in.

I have a knackered rotor and some sacrificial cheapo pads for mine

That way I know that the lever will feel exactly the same when I put the pads & wheel back in. With the blocks there was always a slight change in feel which I had to try guesstimate and compensate for when bleeding

I have been doing that for years and a recent Pinkbike pit walk showed one of the pro mechanics doing the same. I'll admit I felt quite chuffed with myself 🙂

Used a bunch of 2ps taped up before and it done the job but managed to get a couple of the yellow ones for four pots
I’m sure if ye went in to yer local bike shop they would give ye one for cheap or free even

I 3D printed one for my Hopes.

For 2 pot brakes, a large Allen key acts as a bleed block (can't remember if it's 8mm or 10mm)

Never had 4 pot brakes, but maybe 2 Allen keys would work

Not what the OP was asking but I used 3D printed spacers from this seller for my e4s:
