It's a prototype ST4 maybe?
IIRC Orange used the name "strange" on prototypes they made of models in development (I may be wrong though)
Really? Most orange prototypes and pre-production stuff goes under the strange label.
Edit: Could be an mk2 st4 prototype. The swing link moved to the top tube on the production version.
Edit edit: swing link stayed on the seat tube but moved above and inside the main triangle. I should know, I had one...

You're right about the Strange moniker being given to prototypes. I had a ride on a long, low, slack loony tunes mix of a Blood and a Five years ago that I really didn't want to give back!
The odd things here are;
1 - Doesn't look like anything else Orange have made or prototyped
2 - But the parts mix looks right....
However, the fact the seller doesn't seem to know what Strange denotes in Orangeland is a little odd.
