Went out yesterday and my fork felt like it was a bit "soft"
Looked online and found the tech/setup manual for the Revalation RL and followed the manual to set up using rider weight. Then set up using measured sag method.
All good.
Then noticed that the bike looked odd. Low at the front. And when compared to my OH's bike (same model) the fork on mine looks like its under pressure (as if I were sat on the bike) so the fork is not fully extended when bike is standing with no weight on it.
I have no doubt it's "operator error" but any ideas what I've fudged up ?
did you set the -ve air before the +ve?
sounds like too much in the -ve air chamber, that pulls the fork into its travel.
I did the +ve chamber before the -ve chamber.
However, I may have misread the shock pump pressure and overdone the -ve pressure.
If that would cause the fork to pull up onto the travel then that sounds likely.
Cheers.
