The Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) knew that DC police were citing bicyclists improperly — for breaking laws that didn't apply, assigning blame to an injured bicyclist without interviewing the victim, and even citing violations of laws that didn't actually exist.WABA advocates decided to do something about it. In part by using the Freedom of Information Act to obtain problematic police reports, WABA successfully made the Metropolitan Police Department's training programs more bike-friendly.

the first pic is def a "fair cop" baggies and mtb shoes and his road bike has a triple - looks like a lot of paperwork for that lot
