[Closed] bikely and garmin edge 705 help please

hi ive uploaded some routes from wmb site it open up in bikely then asks me to save as gpx. ive opened in mapsource and also in memory map to look at. but how do i best get it to my 705 ? i want it to do the bleep when off course guiding rather than the just follow the line type. but im not sure how im meant to transfer it to do that. or where to save the file

i can just send across and view it on my edge but it doesnt bleep or anything i just follow a line. is that the best , easiest thing to do ?
