Anyone had any experience of them?

Having trouble distinguishing between them saying when my new bike frame was sent out to DHL's tracking service.

I'm getting real pi$$ed off now.
I JUST WANT MY FRAME BUILT UP ALREADY!

The main thing is that it's next day delivery service with them and that that counts for nothing these days regardless of how big or small a company is.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Yep - ordered my (first) Commencal Absolut from them about this time last year - delivered next day too and iirc they either called or emailed with the tracking info. When did you order? If today then next (working) day would be Monday I guess.

last friday but bearing in mind that they had to order in from extra Uk which had frame in stock ready to send out and apparently a hope headset that they waited for delivery on.

It was a case of myself ringing up and only got given the tracking number today after phoning up yet again.

Just want to kick someone right now!
It royally f00ks up my plans to get it built and out for a ride but no-one seems to be bothered bout that in the bike industry anymore and am glad to say this is my last bike I'm building as to deal with numpty (and I mean all bike shops) is tiring.

plus the fact that these bits of metal are too overpriced.

Rob is a good bloke, I had to wait 2 months for my morewood frame from them but comms were reasonable and they/he did all they could to hurry it up.
I think it is a one man operation that is at the mercy of importers and distributers. But they stock lush kit with good offers. I would talk to them and explain your frustrations.
