My local bike shop:
1) broke my reverb hose
2) charged me £5 to return a 2 month old shock for warranty repair
3) again see above for fork
4) tried to tell me that avid brakes are really good and have no problems
5) told me "if I knew anything about proper bikes I would expect failures"
6) treated me as if I had cat aids
