Having been on the bike once in the last 12 months I am getting back on it this weekend. I have bled the brakes (Avid Juicy 3 and Carbon on the full suspension and hardtail respectively). I have Fox TALAS forks and Float R shock on the full suspension and Fox Vanilla R forks on the hardtail; is there anything I should do service wise prior to taking them out? The Fox Vanilla Rs were serviced prior to the long lay off but the TALAS and Floats haven't been touched service wise.
I don't want to damage either myself or the bikes!
