He's only 9 weeks old and cant go out for another 3 weeks or so but, even then, he wont be able to go far so I was thinking a carrier of some sort.

Seems that there's a lot of options out there so just wondering what you went for. Recommending what you have is entirely acceptable!

What size puppy?

They grow quickly - our 'puppy' weighs 23kg.

Forecast max weight is circa 12kg. He's a cockerpoo......

A bloody early rising one too.

My sister got one like this when her Spaniel was young.

As you can see it's a long way back on the rack in that picture - try and mount it further forward so the balance of the bike isn't too badly affected as the dog gets heavier.

Please don't make your puppy run for sustained distances until at least a year old, longer if a big breed. Check with your vet as to when is safe.

Brain flex - of course. Hence the bike carrier to get us out. We're already going a bit stir crazy waiting for his second lot of jabs so want to be out as soon as we can!
