OK having trouble insuring my bike ,Try ed to put it on house insurance all good 80 pounds but they said i had to keep it in the house as its worth over 2000 pounds so tryed the over bike insurers who all all seem to say i have to keep it in side the house !
Any ideas who will insure it and let me keep it in my new shinny bikeshed ?

I was pointed in the direction of [url= http://www.eandl.co.uk/cycle-insurance ]E & L[/url] by a friend as they cover for racing too.

Have no idea what they're like but maybe worth a look. Easy to get an online quote too.

+1 for M&S , any amount of bikes insured as long as no single bike is over 4k, i have all four of mine on my house policy no extra wonga, simples

And did M&S let you keep them in out buildngs?

They did with me, twas a 10x8 timber shed and when some theiving scallys had my pride and joy away M&S coughed up within 10 working days with absolutley no quibble.

Not really had a policy increase to shout about, think it went up £30 if that when we re-newed.

Who's going to know it's not being kept in the house?! I take it the bike will be insured for theft when you're out and about?
