Just about to service my Pike forks along with the motion control unit. It all looks pretty straightforward, but any useful tips or pointers you have and might like to share would be very grateful.

Thanks for that a great help. Just one thing, the large round sold plastic looking thing that comes in all the motion control service kits, do you what is this? Its the only thing I can seem to find, out of the very over prices Rock Shox kits.

Bit of info, not sure how useful...
The kit I bought, ("Service Kit, Reba/Rev '09-'10 (Dual Air/MoCo)") for £27.00 from TF contained the following O-rings:-
"Compression/Rebound Damper"
25.07 x 2.62 BS1806 120 qty 1-off
23.47 x 2.62 BS1806 119 qty 1-off
21.90 x 2.62 BS1806 118 qty 1-off
"Dual Air Spring Service"
20.21 x 3.53 BS1806 211* qty 2-off
10.0 x 3.0 SSL 10x3 qty 1-off
25.07 x 2.62 BS1806 120 qty 1-off
There were also a lot of other parts included, shaped washers / moulded seals etc, but worth keeping a note in case you anyone ever needs just an O-ring, & dont want to buy a full kit.
