Preferably Blackburn or Bolton. Thinking a lot of my knee pain stems from poor bike fit.
5ft 10 riding a Medium (18 inch) Cannondale Hardtail.

Never used them but having read the website it looks like they deal specifically with cyclists with sports injuries

have a look at njd sports injury clinic in clitheroe
they've helped with my knee pain and will check your body out for underlying causes
