I might be being a bit dozy but I cannot find any info on the above website as to how I return a faulty item to them.
I bought a RS Vivid Air in December and it seems to have blown a seal!
Any help would be appreciated, I have emailed but was wondering if there was an obvious tab that I was missing on the website.

I used the email I received when I bought my pikes and replied to it. It will be from info@bikediscount or something along them lines. It has the text in a few different languages with an attachment. I explained the problem and had a paid returns label for parcel force in my account within two hours.
I've sent my pikes back for warranty, they email you when they receive the item and let you know as well
Email them. Dealing with them is painless.
you can either return it to them or go into your LBS and ask them to return it.
This is all very reassuring, as I used them to get my Reverb.

I remember that you fill in a returns form, you print it and stick it to the box and away it goes to be replaced with more shiney gear.
