Anyone know somewhere in the Manchester area that would service a fox fork and shock as well as doing a full bike service? Seen places that do one or other, but that seems like a right faff!

Interested in this as well.

Have seen this chap recommended on Facebook (Never used myself so can't personally recommend), but he's in Oldham which may be too far for you...

North West Mountain Bike Centre will be able to sort you out. They're a good bunch in there. It's just a bugger trying not to be tempted by the inordinate amount of bling in there!

Cycle service centre and Rebound Suspension in Horwich share the same little building. A nice simple two man operation.

Thanks all, I'm not too far from Cooksons so might give them a call.

This may be a stupid question, but what are the benefits of getting a professional full bike service (other than fork/shock)? I'm happy bleeding brakes, adjusting gears, truing wheels and doing general servicing myself (the quality of said servicing is probably open for debate though!), so is it worth paying a professional?

+1

And you can have a ride up Rivi to test it out when you collect.
