[Closed] Big up to Fox customer service

Just tought I'd share this. Bought a pair of Fox Anitfreeze gloves when we had all the snow and they were great! Then I decided to use the waterproof liners inside my tatty ski gloves when I went snowboarding and they worked great there too. But somewhere after taking off my right glove to use the phone I managed to loose the right liner! Was gutted as didn't want to rebuy the whole glove set for one liner, so emailed Fox and asked if they could provide a replacement. Quick response saying they could send me a right hand glove that had been returned to them when with stitching problems on the left glove. So after not expecting much, or an excessive charge for a replacement liner, I now have my right liner free of charge. Granted they said it wouldn't be new, as it was a return, but looks pretty new to me! All in all very happy customer.
