No sign of shoes, then an email explaining that an error meant CS had accepted my order without any shoes to sell to me.
They could have said "sorry, here's your money" (actually, they hadn't charged me). Instead, they've offered me 50% off any shoes they sell.
Which I think is pretty good customer service. Nice one CycleSurgery.
in reference to the Evans thread earlier, it's a shame that good service doesn't get celebrated as loudly considering how quick people are to name and shame on forums.
Just sayin' like.
Agreed, hence making sure we all do our bit now and again.
