My HOPE4 died a death last week, sent the whole caboodle to the guys in Barnoldswick on Saturday repaired light and new battery received today. Top Service as usual 🙂

Yup I sent my ancient Vision 2 back to them last year and they fixed it and sent it back foc. Has been fine ever since.
If I was a cynic I might say Hope have built a solid reputation on fixing inherently unreliable components

I wouldn't say unreliable, things go wrong especially with the amount of abuse things get in this country. Other companies would've said sorry you've had it over a year what do you expect, it's one of the first LED4's and I'm suprised it's lasted this long, kudos to the guys for sorting it 😛
