Another great bit of customer service from Ann at Endura!
I posted back my MT500 Waterproof Jacket on Monday due to a faulty zip and Ann sent me back a brand new jacket that i received today!
Excellent huh?

my experience of Endura has been almost entirely great.
sizing - erratic. customer service - admittedly just belt buckles - new ones sent out no problem. durability - great (still got MT500s from ah some years back, the spandex ones - indestructible and great).
