Had a bit of an "off" on the Beast at Coed y Brenin on Saturday, resulting in weekend stay in Bangor hospital ๐Ÿ™

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Shirley at the centre for guiding the ambulance so quickly down all the fire roads.

There are some advantages of riding at trail centres ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks guys - just a bit of a shin/tree interface, so surgery needed to take out all the bits!

That'll teach me to ride SS on a black run ๐Ÿ˜‰

Bad news about the accident and hope you're back on the bike soon enough, however I don't see how gears would've prevented the accident

Were you the one laying on the wall with a busted knee at the bottom of abel - ow - looked nasty - Big flap of skin? hope it heals well? Some of my riding buddies looked a bit white and scooted off before they got to nervous ๐Ÿ™‚ You looked relaxed on the wall though ๐Ÿ™‚

I think the Forest Ranger who helped was called Hilary, rather than Shirley, but I'm sure if she's reading this, she knows who we mean!!!

Have to say, it was nice to see how helpful everyone was as well as how well the situation was dealt with by all those involved.
