Home made beef burgers. Good minced beef, onion, seasoning, on the barbie - job done.

Oh and don't go the salmon route. Unless you go for organic or wild, it will be standard farmed stuff. The conditions are equivelant to battery chickens, they'll be nuked with chemicals, and for the local aquatic ecology it's a total disaster

too late i'm sure but i'd make that up to my 'house' salad
salad, fried spuds (diced), add chunks on pan fried chicken an chorizo, parmesan shavings, sliced bell peppers and maybe a dressing.....
i always aim to have spuds, chicken an chorizo warm....
