Hi All

In an attempt to stop destroying brake rotors by being a habitual brake dragger in the alps Im thinking of putting 220mm rotors on. Does anyone have a recommendations as to which adaptor to use for fox36s. There seems to be loads out there ranging from £8 to about £25. Anyone have any experiences please

Thanks

I always look at Galfer first. They generally have what you'll want and 1. it'll be well made, and 2. reasonably priced.

I default to Hope. Being machined, I'd hope that they are more accurately faced.

Some are thicker than others, 1.8mm to 2.2mm is common check your break caliper capacity. Shimano SM-RT66 220mm are £13.99 at Merlin Cycles, only 1.8mm but a good price for a branded rotor.

Fox 36 is 180mm Post mount native...

So for a 220mm rotor, you need a +40mm adapter...

Ergo for a 223mm rotor, you need a +43mm rotor...
