I had a car hit my old specialized. wrote my back wheel off and put a big dent (about 4" long) in top tube. Is the frame still ok or crap

my old kona frame had a massive dent in the top tube, was still fine.

it on a 1994 specialized stumpy, steel. need new back wheel though

Over a year, i don't know if/how it affected the bike but i never really thought twice about it.
Only just replaced it a couple of days ago.
