I have a meeting in Llandudno at 11.00am Friday morning, never one to miss an opportunity thought I would do a couple of hours at Betws-y-Coed say from 7.00am till 9.00am before the meeting. Do they have shower facilities and is there a shorter, way marked, route than the Marin Trail?

There's a car park and....no thats it (althiugh I thought litespeed had showers).If you get a paper map (not leaflet) from bikes betws its quite easy to see where to cut out a bit to shorten it
