Visiting friends in Glasgow this weekend and have a free day on Saturday to hit some trails. Unfortunately the weather is going to be piss poor. Was planning on Glentress, but considering Ae as the weather had been looking slightly less miserable. Now the weather looks just as bad at either place though. Which is the better wet weather option? I've not been to either but from reviews and videos it looks like Glentress may be a little more sheltered. Will they both be miserable in the pissing rain?

Glentress is fine in the rain, or snow, or...
Only been to Ae once, so can't really comment too well, but I prefer the trails at GT.

Glentress has showers if that helps your decision.
