I have always used Parcel Force 48, via local post office, and has always been fine.

Avoid dhl via parcel2go. Waited 2 days for them to collect ended up taking to the local depot. Just avoid parcel2go full stop they couldn't give a chuff about the no show from dhl.

I've also found parcel force 48 to be best.

parcel2go and DHL has always been superb for me. I use from an address that DHL visit daily which probably helps. It pays to shop around.

Recently used parcel monkey who used city link. Wouldn't use city link again , collected it a day late, and were a pain to get hold of on the phone. Automated phone line told me they were currently closed, and the opening times were 8-12 on Saturday. This was at 9.30am ON saturday! Go figure...
