I have some TRP Spyre brakes and the pads they come with don't stop that well. What are the best pads these days? Is it still Swiss stop?
I found well bedded in Swissstop Green 15c pretty good (also keep on top of maintaining the spyres, if the bearings corrode they go downhill and are a bit of a pain to strip).
Have an unused set of green swissstops kicking about somewhere , “luckily” not fitted when my bike was nicked (poor braking on old pads obviously didn’t slow the getaway).

That would be amazing, if you don't need them!
Galfer pads are also pretty good. Green pads have best grip ("Pro - no running in needed") but will also wear a bit faster.

They make pads for all manufacturers.
I used Shimano Deore resins in mine, they ran smoother and lasted better than the TRP red pads. Didn't use metal pads as longer, loaded descents, metal pads and cable brakes never seemed like a great combination. Probably ok if using larger rotors though.
