Just up the road from Glenridding so perfect for Helvellyn or high street on the other side. 2 bars and a restaurant on site.
I have leaflet next to me for Lakeland camping barns, as has been mentioned above. Looks really good
I keep going back to borrowdale yh. Awesome riding all around and a nice chilled vibe.
Stayed at the Catbells one about 18 years ago, doesn't look like it's changed.

Yes Yhas are in great places and offer most of what you need. I think Helvellyn or Borrowdale are the best options.
