i messeged Lianne about her bike she had for sale...

i asked her if her forks were 160mm....she said no they were 180mm
we had a good email conservation and she said she had some 160mm floats for sale..make me an offer..
she sent me some pictures and all seemed fine..she seemed knowledgeable

i said i see its your first ad on the forum
can you mail me some more info about yourself..
i got an address and mobile number.
everything seemed ok
she said she had posted them monday, and that she will have more stuff for sale soon
i then saw that the bike had been paid for and collected...
(within a day)
i asked on multiple occasions for proof of postage and she said she would send me the receipt
she did keep emailing me up until Wednesday..and now radio silence
ive not got any forks
and im £250 out of pocket.
i paid as a gift so its my own fault i know....its only after these things happen that you remember the world is full of ****s...
when its seems to good to be true....it is...
just warning people.....
