[Closed] Becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Advice needed

Thinking of returning to Uni to train as a Chartered Surveyor. I have always been fascinated by construction and working drawings and like the idea of a creative role which also offers the chance for career progression and competitive salary.

Not really sure the best way to go about it though. Would it be advisable to undertake a placement (voluntary) before going to a Uni course? Also a little confused by the multitude of roles on offer.

Would like to hear the advice of anyone who is in the industry and their thoughts.
