So my headset lower bearing is getting close to the end, been serviced twice but starting to get a little rough. Anyone know a good source of affordable angular contact cartridge bearings ZS56 is what I'm looking for. but buying direct replace seams a tad over priced (im tight)

You could try Wych Bearings. I just bought some angular contact bearings for a push fit BB off them. Came very quickly.
