Looking at the map it might be worth a trip that way with the fatbike - anyone able to advise?

Get the ferry to rock and ride Daymer bay at low tide.

If you are able to go further south there is Watergate bay (you can go from here to Porth and then Newquay over the cliff paths/ roads and Perranporth bay with Penale sand dunes behind. On from that in St Ives bay you can ride from Godrevy point to Carbis bay (over the rocks at high tide)

Thinking about it, you will have to go round into Hayle to get to Carbis bay, but Godrevy to Hayle is a fair distance on sand.

I was wondering what you were going to do about the river...

A fat bike should be able to float across, shouldn't it...?!
