Hi can anyone please help! How do you know what size bottom bracket fits your frame. My old power spline needs replacing when you look on crc they about five sizes and I don't know how tell which size. 😉

Take your old one out. It should be written on it somewhere.
Failing that find the original specs for your frame somewhere on t'interweb.

I'd suggest a bottom bracket removal tool and an allen key or two might prove to be more useful...
Anyway...rockape, does that infer something to do with your profession?

Ok.... Roadie correct tool for the job it'll be! Hammers and chisels are more the weapons of my profession...
