I managed to get lost heading back to the finish from the last descent.

Still a great event, well organised, and glad the weather held out.

There was a right turn on the final road section that I nearly missed (despite it being marked!!). It may have been there that you went wrong.

Very lucky with the weather.

How good were those hotdogs?! nice to have a 'free' one at the end of the ride and nice to see food that was reasonably priced.

Will be back next year!

First 'event' I've ever done and really enjoyed it, I'll be back next year as well. Very lucky with the weather, I expected a soaking.

The hotdogs where that good, I bought a second!

Brilliant little event. Well organised, no congestion on the trails at all, and where else do you get a school band on a hilltop?

Also thanks to all who enquired as to whether I was OK fixing my bike at the bottom of the second climb. 30 mins wasted but enjoyed the chats going up there afterwards.

Jay91 were you the guy I spoke to a few times? last time being when my buddy had a puncture just before the end? I was on raw Nukeproof mega with pikes and a silly ginger beard!

It was a really really well organised event and it was nice to know the money raised wasn't lining someones pockets and actually going to a good cause. The bike wash was great too!
