We will be in touch
I've just picked up my new Whyte T-130 S Yari which is running a SRAM GX S1000 GXP, 30T, 11 Speed crankset. I was wondering is it's worth getting a bashguard/chain guide for it and if so which one? Is it a case of ride is and see if it gets bashed or if the chain falls off before getting one or would you normally run one on this setup? Thanks
bump
I've fitted the MRP Micro on mine which is 1x11 setup and its been spot on and trouble free
Hope this helps

I use a blackspire bruiser on my 11 speed set up. After smashing a chain in a race with a flying rock i thought i would invest. Great bit if kit. As for chain guides i have never dropped a chain in 2 years so i have never felt the need.
I like Blackspire too, there's the Bruiser, as above, or the Trail 1x with a top guide. You would have to be full-on gnarrcore to need a full guide.
I've fitted an MRP AMG v2 to my new Reign, works great - just have a problem wondering how they can justify £95.....
I'd ride without and see how it goes.
