The rings are not cheap so looking for some protection!

Not such a good price as the Blackspire one but I've had an MRP chain guide on my DH bike for several years and it's survived well.
(RRP on the single or 'middle' (outer for 2x) chainring is £49.99 !)
so that fits on the smaller chain ring?
That's an ISCG05 mount so needs the appropriate frame drilling.
needs to fit on the cranks and with shimano changing the bcd looks like i will have to wait for a superstar one if they get round to making them
