I need a bash gaurd that covers 36t but is less than 160mm dia also 4 bolt
what make have you got and what dia is it?
Dark Cycles on one bike, and a [url= http://www.bbgbashguard.com/index.html ]BBG [/url]on the other - both 36t. For the money I really don't think you can beat BBG, and (just checked) it's under 160mm OD.

Blackspire plastic on one bike with a gert big crack in it.
Gamut plastic - going fine at the moment.
Race Face alu - my oldest one and doing well.
Starting again with what I know now, I'd go alu every time over plastic.
