Hi all, looking for any recent experiences on the Ridgeway please.
the office apprentice, being young (19) and carefree bought a bike, borrowed a tent and with a friend is being taken to Avebury tomorrow morning to relive their Ridgeway experience of 10years ago when they rode with their fathers.
Ive a fair idea of the conditions up here in the Chilterns (wet in the wet bits) but was hoping for some info from the western end. Is it puddles everywhere or has the warmth/wind cleared it all up nicely
Any on route pub recommendations that I can pass on also gratefully received.
