Just had a bout of reacuring back pain issue,struck thurs am after having to interveen in work related situ ,to deflect a client grabbing a live light fitting and rippin from ceiling ,resultin in me leaping up to deflect his grab.
Shortly after ,classic sat on loo myself and Bang goes my lower back ,sat for ten min trying to compose oneself and finish job in progress(excuse graphics).
Took my usual diazepan ,and only had paracetamol to hand ,n called oncall and docs to order some more meds for me as last stock on hand.
Pain bearable ,but walkin around like a cripple for rest of day, till came to go down flight of stairs, collapse at bottom ,severve pain in lower back and down legs,co wrkrs helped me up n took me home ,so had appt at docs fri pm ,said yes can see ,feel spasm in muscles,keep on ibuprofen n diazepan ,keep moving .THen hey Presto he said "NO REASON NOT TO RIDE YOUR BIKE AS LONG AS YOU DONT FALL OFF!"
"RESULT " as far as i'm concerned ,so wrote me off wrk for week ,but i can ride me bike .DOC's say so.!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Going to see my quack on Monday about my stuffed lower back. I hope I get the same advice. Take care.
