ok guys i am wanting to do a ride from threlkeld up the valley to skiddaw house and then around to mosedale and back through mungrisdale to threlkeld, has anyone done it and does anyone have a .gpx of it

That's about as straightforward a route as there is in the Lakes, I'm pretty sure you won't need a GPX.
You really dont need a gpx for that mate, unless the clag is properly down.
Easy going on easy trails. Use BikeHike to make a gpx.

Basically if you have an option then turn right.
Just keep Blencathra on your right & ride round it basically.
As said, no GPX required.

The only bit that might not be obvious is the BW leading down to the Caldew from Skiddaw House. Basically go through the gate and turn R immediately. Once you cross the river there's no other track
