Just had 5 days at the Tontine in Peebles, have previously stayed at Glentress Hotel which is at the entrance to the forest
Can recomend them both

Last time I was at Innerleithan there was a guy handing out cards for Caddon View at Innerleithan and up to March 2009 you can stay for 2 nights and get a 3rd free - not stayed there myself but after chatting to him he seemed quite keen to have dirty bikers come and stay!
I'll also recomend the Tontine Hotel in Peebles. I can also recomend Winkston Farm B&B just outside Peebles. Stayed there a couple of times when the Tontine was full.
