Got axs on my bikes but one seems to have the small button that pairs the post to the lever. It feels like it's stuck in. Has anyone had this issue before?

Sorted the button sticking now the pigging thing won't stay up! It pairs with the lever, but when you activate the lever it doesn't make the electric noise and I can just push it down easily now like its been activated

Sounds like it’s stuck in service mode, take the battery out for 30 seconds or so, put it back in, move the bike/post about to wake it.
