I've got a DH bike which came with Juicy3's, good at stopping but finding that the back wheel is locking up too easily.
Do you think this is setup or should I swap em out (A mate is selling some 2005 Hope M4s). Running a 200m rear rotor - could just be swapping out to a smaller rotor.
Any tips / ideas?

Not really much you can do about bite point or modulation or whatever on a Juicy 3, is there? You can faff about with lever reach using a weeny allen key, but that's not likely to help much. A smaller rotor would probably help though, I imagine.
I would bin them myself, but then I **** hate Juicy 3s and their stupid sticky pistons, damn them to hell.
