For ages I thought overpriced, however after biting the bullet and buying some F1 Mille S5 shorts and wearing yesterday they have cured the lack of comfort I had in my Gore Xenon shorts and are worth every penny!

And yet I find mine less comfortable than my £40 Polaris shorts. Go figure?

I would just like to take this opportunity to say I told you so.

(I bought a new pair of shorts last month, once again looking at the price of assos I went for some top of the range specialized rbx ones, while they are not a bad short I already regret not getting another pair of assos 😥 )

Overpriced and under made - some equally as good shorts out there that are a whole lot less IMHO. Santini, Campagnolo to name two.

Whilst I apprciate everybody's bits are different the best thing is to try as many as possible and then deciding.......I guess

The pad on my F1 Uno shorts was terrible and the fabric faded.

Giordana is far better value.

As long as you don't covet your neighbour's ass.
