Hi i am a new yeti owner. I have just built up a ASR 5 in ali. Anyhow when i removed the shock and cycled the linkage to check it was all smooth i noticed that there appears to be a piont it gets harder and then easier again. This is near the start of the travel cycle.

Is this normal?
Its all dead smooth i am just checking. It feels fine to ride, looking forward to its first ride.

As i wanted to check it was not a tight spot on a bearing.

I've also just built one up and noticed exactly the same thing. I think it's where the seatstay flexes.

It has to compress the stays as the dog link moves, that's what you'll feel
