before I press the button are bb30 bottom brackets the same for road or mtb?

I thought the bearing is the same.
The crank length may be different length.

Width is prob different same as it is for ht2 B.B.

They are the same.

BB30 BB is just 2x 6806 bearings and a couple of cir-clips.
However, there are a number of 30mm BB variants e.g. BB30/PF30/BB386/BSA30
