Ardrock 24 - what to do

Hi - Ardrock entries open Friday and I am not sure what to do!

I've ridden the intro twice and enjoyed it, but not sure what option to pick for next year.

I am not too worried about the length, but I am worried about whether the additional 4 stages on the other options are going to be more demanding.

Can anyone provide me with an opinion on how much harder the Epic would be in contrast to the Intro. Or whether the sprint would be better - are the 3 stages on this different to the 4 on the intro?

I am really keen to avoid having to avoid riding on the Sunday as the trails seems to deteriorate by then if/when the weather turns.

I *think* they will be all different - in total thats the 7 stages of the main race and the sport race.

In the past the Sprint is stages 1, 2 & 3, Intro stages 4, 5, 6 & 7.

Stages 1 & 2 are probably the hardest of them all but they're really not that much of a step up.
