I think you are meant to use 25mm, but can you get away with 21mm? (as I already have a roll)

I've done this before with Crests because I bought the wrong tape. I just trimmed the edges with a Stanley knife, where the rim base meets the wall. It worked.
Using the right sized tape is easier though.

Mattg - I'd have to glue some on, not trim off! But looks as though 21mm will work in an arch so all good

I was wrong about the trimming, hadn't looked up the numbers, I've used 25mm tape on Crests in the past.
