Do not buy one..
There is a reason the price has plummeted!

You got it. The top cap doesn't seal down against the bearings - leaves a 1mm gap, so crap gets in very quickly.
I got one for my mate's bike I built up for him. After about a month he's saying "Why did you fit an indexed headset?" and he doesn't ride that much!
Get a FSA Orbit XLII. The one in my HJ has lasted 2 years so far, smooth as anything (and cheaper).

(trying to find the pic I sent Sunline to show you the problem, but I'm sure you don't need to see it really ๐Ÿ™‚ )

Found the message from Sunline - "The top cap on the headset itself does not have seals because they are not necessary with the design and sealed cartridge bearings"

Yeah, bearing seals keep all the crap out! ๐Ÿ˜•

Bought one last year for my DH rig seeing as the zero stack Hope was out of stock. Its cheap and cheerful but a complete pig to fit and hasn't lasted long, always had a indexy feel to it and now it's fully indexed lol. Will be going in the bin now and I won't be buying another.
