My new cranks seem to be taking an awful long time to arrive.

Folk will be along shortly with tales of bad service, ineptitude and the wrong things arriving. Give them a ring, it's an on line version of Mark Anthony Cycles

slow and grumpy? - fixed a problem i had with some brakes and a missing part on arrival but it wasn't an easy or quick experience but then again could have just told me to go away
