Hi
Have this app on my iPhone and iPad and pay the £19.99 a year to access OSmaps online.
However on my phone I can access detailed OS maps but on the pad I can only get the basic map.
Anyone know why or what to do to get the detailed ones on both?

It would be just easier to plan a route on the pad than the phone so I’d like to get to the bottom of it.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve

Had exactly the same issue this morning, only the opposite way about (maps appearing on iPad but not phone).

Sorted by logging out of my account, logging back in and then hitting ‘tools’ ‘restore purchases’. It sat and whirred away for about 15 min before I lost patience and shut the app down, but hey presto when I opened it up I could download all the os maps foc from the store.

It’s a great app but can sometimes be a bit finickity! Let me know if it works for you.

cheers Phil

Phil
Nope didn’t solve it.
I can access the routes FOC but when you display them it’s on a basic map not a detailed one.
Cheers anyway.
I’ve emailed support so I’ll see what they say
Cheers
Steve

Not had that problem, but have had a few occasions where I've downloaded maps to phone, and they've disappeared from it shortly after.

I always use the browser version on my laptop for routeplanning  tho
